• Usually, headphones are 1/4" (about as big as the end of your pinky) or 1/8" ((3.5mm) about as big as a pencil lead) so you'd have to have some very unusual headphones for these to work. So, the answer is NO. Look for something designed for headphones.

• That depends on the connections. If your headphones are using 3.5mm connectors (most common), then NO. If your headphones use RCA connectors, then yes.
