It all depends on what your touch screen is capable of doing, (navigation...ect). Also how many speakers are are in your CrV? If you want to retain the factory speaker and sub, this might work, you may need RCA or a sub adaptor harness as well. My best recommendation is to go into Best Buy and ask the Car Audio installer on what specific harnesses you need. That's what I did!!
