“Do you get the key for the software immediately or is the card mailed to you with it?”

• Depends on how you purchased it. I purchased mine at Best Buy and it had the product key code in the packaging. However there is no software it is all strictly download, which I did not like. I like to have a physical copy incase something goes wrong.

• Depends on how you purchase, In store you get the card with the key. Online you get a email with a link to the key.i

• Purchased the original card with key at store and loaded it at home. On renewing online, I was emailed the key with my purchase confirmation. Loaded it immediately myself.
