You can't.  These clowns have no idea what they're doing and there's no cancel option on the account management page.

Under no circumstances should you subscribe to anything through Best Buy,

I have tried to cancel this subscription for months, Microsoft says I have to do it through Best Buy, and they just run me around. About to change my credit card #.

Go to your Microsoft account online and you can select to turn off Auto renew.
