If you are ok with sharing the same OneDrive Cloud Storage then you can install Office on her device with your Microsoft Account. You will install it on her device through your Microsoft Account. You can learn how to do it here: https://aka.ms/AA4rq32.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I do not think you can refund or exchange what you bought. Might try to go to store and ask. I believe you can use your account on 6 devices. You would have to log in to install. What you will not be able to do is have a second onedrive account. If you set that computer to backup files you would be mixing them in with yours and she would have access to your files that are in the onedrive cloud.
