I had to call and cancel (1-800-433-5778), but it was relatively straight forward, even though I had next to no info (given it was several years since I signed up).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Logging in for me and looking for a "cancel subscription" button didn't work for me at all. It is apparent that you have to call Microsoft yourself to cancel your account.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to go in to your Microsoft email account itself and cancel the auto renew. Or, they’ll send you an email a bit before they auto renew and you can cancel through there.
