Go to your 'Plans and subscriptions' section in your Best Buy account. Click on your M365 subscription. Then click the 'Cancel Subscription' button for Microsoft 365. It will bring up a sidebar that gives you the option to 'cancel auto-renew' or 'cancel the subscription'. Choose 'cancel auto-renewal'.

I bought a new computer and i bought Microsoft 365 personal. I cancelled my auto renewal for the Family before the end of the subscription. It said i wouldvhave it until the subsvription ran out.
