- Answer No their is not a discount for students. Which is terrible because we all know we don't have much money and school is already expensive. The renewal rate for each year is only $10 cheaper than the product keys original price as well.

- Answer The short answer is, no. However, if you are going to be using the computer in the course of your work, or you will have the occasional need to write documents and create spreadsheets, you will need some form of Microsoft Office or its equivalent.

- Answer If you renewed Office 2008, you may only be able to download and renew the subscription on previously registered and/or compatible devices. You should have been provided with a key code to imput into Office for your renewal.

- Answer Yes to some extent. But its worth the money for the updates. I'm not tech savvy and have gone without the subscription before and ended up needing some of the editing options that came with the updates.

- Answer No. You buy the product via Outlook / Microsoft etc. You pay with a credit card and it will automatically refill your credit card on the exact date the next calendar year. Very convenient. They give you a heads up a few weeks away. Have to go in and change your credit card expiration date or card if it expires or gets cancelled.

- Answer Look for an email from Best Buy after purchase Subject usually includes “Digital Delivery” or “Download” The key will be listed there or behind a “View Code” link If you still can't find then - Make sure you’re logged into the correct Best Buy account Contact Best Buy support—they can resend the key
