• Yes this does work via Bluetooth. I have a tv that that is used with it and works to extend the display.

• Yes, this will extend the display to any type of screen with a HDMI port. The USB plug powers it, the box picks up the signal through Bluetooth, and the HDMI port outputs the screen signal.
