Surface Arc Mouse is compatible with devices that run Windows 10 / 8.1 / 8, and the host must support Bluetooth® 4.0 or higher. To clarify what the community has said, the Surface Arc Mouse does not come with a USB receiver, this is a Bluetooth device.

Yes. This mouse works brilliantly with any computer. Just plug in the mini receiver and the computer will teach itself to use the mouse in a matter of seconds. I’d highly recommend this product.
