• I think you have to set up a shift function on the controller using one of the paddles. Check out some Xbox you tube videos that might explain how to do that.

• If you haven’t gone to the Xbox accessories app, I’d try that. There’s a firmware update and you can customize a ton of stuff. Hope this helps!
