Did they fix the LB/RB breaking issue? null

No. My RB broke on my Elite 2 after 2 months. Here is their respinse on twitter to me. "Hey there, I’m one of the ambassadors for Xbox as well. Now all I’ve heard (obviously unofficially) is that the issues with elite 2 controllers were part of the initial batch only. I’ve heard that newest batch has been fixed but I can’t confirm this unfortunately"

My elite 2 broke after 2 months of use with bumper problems. it has been a absolute nightmare trying to get it replaced. I have an extended warranty through Best Buy and Microsoft they are both giving me a hard time but admitted the bumper was broke. I spoke to a Microsoft ambassador over Twitter and they said they knew the bumpers were still not fixed and they don't know if they are ever going to be fixed.

I believe they did, there is an extra mechanical piece underneath the LB/RB buttons in the series 2. As a result the buttons are a lot clicker in my opinion.

Specific components of the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2, such as the bumpers, thumbsticks, and grip, were completely redesigned for improved durability, extended usage, and different styles of gameplay.
