“What is the warranty info for this controller I have seen plenty of bad reviews saying that they got a faulty controller out of the box and I want to know that I can replace it if this happens.”

Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2 comes with a 90-day limited manufacturer's warranty from Microsoft. Extended coverage plans are also available through Best Buy for an additional fee.
