Does elite 2 come with Receiver chip null

No, it doesn't. I bought a separate USB adapter called "Microsoft Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10" from Amazon. It works on my Windows 11 PC. It's not totally necessary because you can still connect normally with Bluetooth or a USB-C cable.
