The difference in price is because this is the core. Does not include the paddles and extra joy sticks. Also no case, it's just the controller and a charging cable. I upgraded to this one because my previous elite RB was going out and I didn't need all the extras so I just put them on the new one.

The original Black Series 2 comes with Controller; carrying case; set of 6 thumbsticks: standard (2), classic (2), tall (1), and wide dome (1); set of 4 paddles: medium (2) and mini (2); set of 2 D-pads: standard and faceted; thumbstick-adjustment tool; charging dock.
