• No. The dongle is hardcoded to the exact keyboard/mouse and can't be replaced separately.

• Sure, if you pay to have it shipped with a new keyboard and you have to pay for shipping to return your old one. They honestly fail at customer service. It's like Chick-Fil-A's evil twin.
