You need your user name and password for your Microsoft Account. If you are a Best Buy Total Member, you can make an appointment to have Geek Squad install it for you at the counter (20-30min). This assumes you have a current office product that was purchased using your Microsoft account email. There will be a download link once logged in. If you are not a Best Buy Total member, each software install is $39.99 plus tax paid at the register prior to install (current as of 10/1/24).
