“I bought Microsoft 365 to use with my Acer Chromebook, when I try to install it says its not supported? I thought this would work with a Chromebook?? Please help with next steps.”

Hi Maria, Office 365, depending on the version, can be downloaded to a hard drive on a Windows / Mac PC so that you can use Office when not connected to the internet. By design though, 365 is primarily meant to run "in the cloud". The software can not be installed on a Chromebook but only on a Windows or Mac computer. You can however sign into your Microsoft Account using the web browser on your chromebook and use the 365 online version.

This product is for Windows and Mac OS, not Chrome OS. However you mentioned Microsoft 365 (which is NOT this product) and a Microsoft 365 subscription includes web versions which you should be able to use from any Chromebook.
