Hi SheTrying, I ditched Outlook long ago. Here is a good alternative to access your email... If you go to the Microsoft app store ( https://apps.microsoft.com/ ) and search for "Mozilla Thunderbird Email" you can download this program for free. This the same organization the does the Firefox web browser.
