No, this is our one time purchase version of Office.

Not if you purchase this one time purchase product. There is a subscription charge if you choose to use Office 365 instead. Depends on which one works best for you. Some prefer the extra programs you get with the subscription or the fact you can use on more than one computer but for me the one time purchase seems better.

Not this specific product. I prefer to purchase the product outright so I don't have to worry about annual subscription charges. This is why I stopped buying adobe products. Microsoft office does have a subscription product with Office 365 if that works better for you.
