• This is our one-time purchase version of Office. Once you purchase it there is not a subscription.

• As long as you have an operating system that supports it. I decided to purchase MS Office rather than continually paying an fee every year.

• There isnt one. You can use it for pretty much until you want to upgrade or the operating system renders it obsolete. Buy once, use for several years, unlike the Office 365 monthly subscription model.
