Yes, you can install on another computer.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes! I bought this, and then my hard drive crashed and I lost everything. Customer service at Windows helped me re-install it (I still had the card with key and receipt information though), and I didn't have to pay again. I do believe though that you can only have it running actively on one computer at a time.
