Microsoft recommends a 60 Watt charger for the SP7. The most power hungry processors that ship in the SP7 have TDP-up ratings of 25 and 28 watts. It is unlikely that those wattages would hold for over a minute, and the rest of the device hardware power consumption should remain comfortably under 20 Watts. Overall, a 60 or 65 watt Power Supply Unit (PSU) should be more than enough for your use case.
