• Def does, I purchased to which I use with my Microsoft Surface tablet and my SONY VAIO 14" touch screen and it works flawlessly! As long as you have Bluetooth I don't see any reason why this wouldn't work with an BT device.

• This should work with any Bluetooth enabled device that supports using a mouse.

• Yea, the unit will work with Bluetooth capable Windows 10 laptops.

• It should work with any laptop that is Bluetooth capable. Using Bluetooth frees up a USB port which is needed in some of the newer laptops that only have one USB port.
