This mouse is bluetooth, so it would only work if your laptop has bluetooth or if you got a usb bluetooth dongle for it.

It will work with any computer Bluetooth-capable. 
It does not have a usb port. Its only interface is Bluetooth. It cannot be recharged either. You have to replace the batteries every once in a while

I’m not an 100% sure if it will work on ur hp envy latop but it should because it work with Bluetooth. So you will not need a USB port to connect it. It only thing is that it runs on battery but it last long
