• Surface Devices that are purchased for Business use and are slotted for business use come with Windows 10 Pro. Devices slated for home use like the ones sold through Best Buy stores come with Windows 10 Home.

• You purchase the upgrade within the microsoft store in Windows 10. It will install automatically after purchase. Just search for windows 10 pro upgrade and you will find it. The upgrade cost is $100
