To download apps or programs that are not from the Microsoft Store, you will need to switch your Surface Go out of S mode, which you can learn how to do here: https://aka.ms/AA4rbqo. After that, as long as Surface Go meets the requirements for the program you want to use you should be able to run the program with no issues.

Please try again later.Hi, I don’t see why you can’t put the medical billing software on it as it has internet access, enough storage, Microsoft word PowerPoint, excel already downloaded on it and the one I received I had a Microsoft access code for a years subscription. It’s a smaller version of a lab top but can be detached to look like a tablet. I hope this answers you questions!
