“Does Microsoft Office come pre loaded on the Surface Go 3? ((Hard loaded). Including Word, Excel,& Outlook? A previous question was asked and answered as “Yes “. But I was told in a Best Buy store that it would have to be purchased separately. Thanks”

A trial version does come pre-installed, but you would need to purchase your own license and activate an existing Office 365 account.
