This discount is similar to what Microsoft offers on their online stores. For either Bestbuy or Microsoft store all you need to is sign up online using your school's email address. This provides the proof you are a student or faculty. They validate a majority of schools. Once you sign up, Besbuy will email within 10 minutes a unique bar code coupon to use at stores or online to get 10% off. Note that you will not earn Bestbuy rewards points because it's already being discounted.
