• Yes, this device is touchscreen. Keep in mind it is not a 2-in-1 so the screen does not fold back flat, but a stylus will work just fine on this device.

• No unfortunately it doesn't. Finger touch only. But you can use one of those old school soft rubber tipped pens that mimic a finger touch. Using a stylus isn't great for laptops anyway as the screen will be pushed back and tilt the laptop. If stylus input is important, go for the Surface Pro instead.
