There are a number of reasons for returning ANYTHING, and it is highly improbable that BB will keep a record of it for every item, and even less likely that they would give you said list. Buyer's remorse, found the item at a better price elsewhere, sudden loss of employment, was unexpectedly gifted something comparable or better, too small, too large, wrong color, too likely to be stolen, unsuitability for specific purpose (e.g., gaming), was intended as a gift but giftee got another comparable or better, was for spouse/significant other but decided on divorce/separation or caught spouse/significant other cheating, etc. etc.
