Internet Explorer will work on the computer with Windows 10 but if it has Windows 11 then you will be out of luck as Microsoft is trying to push people to use Edge and has disabled the older Internet Explorer. This was an issue for me as well since my work required I use IE for Silverlight and I found a Chrome extension that allowed me to continue to work in Silverlight from a browser other then IE, so it would be worth it to ask your IT department if there are any work arounds.
