• I think you could, but you would have to back up the 256gb, replace the SSD with a 1TB, reinstall windows and your data

• Yes and yes it is pretty easy. You just want to be sure you have a pcie gen 3 drive size 2230. Best drives are Kioxia bg4 and Samsung PM991a. Others are compatible too just have to pay attention.

• Yes the SSD is upgradable and there is an access port in the back under the kickstand. It doesn't take normal length NVME drives though. You need to get a short one.
