• The Surface Pro X model has the option to insert and use a SIM card. This would allow you to use a mobile data plan, which you would pay for separately through a carrier. But be aware that the Surface Pro X runs on ARM os, which limits the type of programs and applications you can successfully download and use. I believe this model can run only 32-bit apps.
