So it does not have the keyboard with it just the surface device and charger. You have to buy the attachable keyboard separately.

It comes with a power supply designed for the surface. It does not come with case, keyboard, pencil or any other accessories unless you were to get a bundle or otherwise purchase those accessories seperately. The product description will say exactly what’s included.

Yes, there is a charger. Device only just means that you don’t get the keyboard and pen with it. You can scroll down on the listing and find the section labeled what’s included and it will tell you what all is in the box.
