“Does anyone have any suggestions for getting this keyboard to connect if it's stopped working? It quit connecting when in the angled typing position, but worked flat for a few days, now it's not working at all. I've uninstalled & reinstalled drivers”

My wife reset her whole system from "Googling" - it worked in getting the keyboard to work. But was a pain. This is a Geek Squad question. I'm about to take my older Surface Pto 7 & keyboard are having difficulty keeping connected - hook unhook, reboot. Etc. Nothing helps. It works sometimes, other not at all.
