• They are out, I got mine from the Microsoft store directly. I tried to get the pixel buds from here before these got released, pretty much the same problem you are having with these. It seems there is a disconnect between the suppliers and Best Buy.

• Yes, They are available at Microsoft website . I see they are sold out at BestBuy.
