• Unfortunately no, there isn't a factory keyboard for the surface in production with a Portuguese layout. However, you can adjust the layout of the keyboard onscreen with an add-in from the app store. With that being said, you can also install the Portugues language pack for windows 8 and pull up an onscreen keyboard in Accessibility and switch to Portuguese.
