Check with the manufacturer to verify your model has Windows 10 drivers. If it does, you should be good to go. I had an HP non-touch I wanted to upgrade from Vista to Windows 7. Never could get all the drivers to work and eventually just returned it. I would say, get a free trial of Windows 10 and test it out. Whatever path you take, make sure you backup your image as is in case you need to restore.
