I think what you are saying that you had Windows 11 installed on the old ssd and now you want to install Windows 11 on the new ssd. I think you can put the old ssd back in and follow the procedure to transfer the license: https://www.tomshardware.com/how-to/transfer-windows-license-to-new-pc
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately, when you make a major upgrade such as to your motherboard or bootable SSD windows 11 will not be associated to that device. All the troubleshooting steps involves you activating windows on the new bootable drive but since you lost it you'll need to purchase a new license.
