• I don't know if you can do the second upgrade to windows 11 pro, I wouldn't understand why you could not do that upgrade. Best advice would be to go (or call) the Geek Squad at Best Buy, or a computer repair shop and ask them, I'm sure they would be happy to answer this question.

• Yes if you purchased the windows 11 Pro upgrade. Windows 11 home will upgrade to windows 11 Pro with no problems. You must be connected to the internet to get the latest upgrades.

• Yes, you can have geek squad do it OR just follow the directions yourself. I found it easy to upgrade.
