Can this be installed with new system? null

Win11 regardless of version has hardware requirements. So if your system has new enough hardware, it can be installed. If you're worried about compatibility, I would suggest getting Win10 & taking the free upgrade that will appear for systems with the required hardware.

As long as it's got that TPM 2.0 you should never have any problems I'm grading to Windows 11 is the easiest thing you could ever do
