Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It doesn’t come with a wire, it only includes two AAA batteries. And yes you can charge it and use it wirelessly without the batteries.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The wireless controllers don't come with any wire. In the past my son has been able to connect the controller to a Windows PC, running Windows 10 using Bluetooth wireless. Some of the controllers say they are Windows 10 compatible. The controller comes with regular AA Duracell Alkaline batteries non rechargeable. But you can buy a separate rechargeable batteries Kit (link below) Or buy rechargeable AA batteries. The advantage for the Xbox One Play & Charge Kit is that they come with a wire that plug into the controller and the console, so the user can charge the battery while playing, in essence you play with wired while the batteries recharge.
I would recommend:
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It’s the regular usb plug. You can also connect via Bluetooth. I did it with my phone just too much lag. You’ll have to buy chargeable batteries and a different battery cover. Or smaller batteries that can charge but need to be removed from the controller.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This Xbox wireless controller does not come with one, but is compatible with any standard micro-USB cable. It uses two AA batteries and is not rechargeable unless supplemented with a rechargeable battery pack. We recommend the Xbox Play & Charge Kit, which offers up to 30 hours of battery life on a single charge.
