“What size are the screws that hold it together? I tried every allen wrench and screwdriver I have to open it. If I was able to open it I could have cleaned the lint off the wheel bearings and extended its life. Is this the planned obsolescence?”

• I opened it up by drilling out the screws. Clean the lint off it. Now it works fine. And it is taped shut until I can get a new one.

• There are no wheel bearings in this model. It only has a battery (1 AA) and a light that moves your curser on the screen. Inside the battery compartment is the USB receiver that makes it work.
