A:AnswerIt lets you know when you are purchasing it how long it can take before you receive the card. 10 minutes is like a minimum time. Be patient. I am sure you have it by now especially since you asked this question 8 months ago.

A:AnswerJust happened to me 2 times this week on the same day. Got order number confirmation on website but no confirmation email after 2 days.... Store clerk said he never heard of the problem and blamed PayPal.... Seriously? Anyway saga continues.... It isn't in my spam when I have other confirmation emails from previous orders from a few days before.... Something is broken in there system. Maybe they will fix it. Since i have seen this reported over a few years... Apparently no one cares to fix what is causing the issue. I am curious if it is only happening for pick up orders, i wonder if it breaks when the inventory is not up to date with what shows online.... Come on bb fix this..... Please...... Please tell your employees about the issue and guide them not to blame other companies that have nothing to do with the problem.
