It lets you know when you are purchasing it how long it can take before you receive the card. 10 minutes is like a minimum time. Be patient. I am sure you have it by now especially since you asked this question 8 months ago.

Also makes a difference on if it's a actual Best Buy purchases or a third party that sells through the website. I find if its before 4pm EST. I get my cards with minutes. After 5pm it can take up to an hour.
