• I believe they removed the option to buy gift cards with gift cards a while ago but there was a time you could. I don't know any store that do that now.

• I have bought gift cards back to back and has worked fine every time, might be luck i don’t know.

• Usually Best Buy won’t allow a gift card to be used to buy another r gift card
