• A:Answer I buy these digital Xbox gift cards frequently. Most of the time, I receive the email code anywhere from five minutes to an hour after I finish my online purchase. On rare occasions, I have had to wait more than 12 hours, before I received the code. It does sometimes happen, but it is much more the exception, rather than the norm. I do not know what sometimes causes the delay, but it is not often that it happens. I am sorry to hear that you experienced a long wait, for your order.
