• Just happened to me 2 times this week on the same day. Got order number confirmation on website but no confirmation email after 2 days.... Store clerk said he never heard of the problem and blamed PayPal.... Seriously? Anyway saga continues.... It isn't in my spam when I have other confirmation emails from previous orders from a few days before.... Something is broken in there system. Maybe they will fix it. Since i have seen this reported over a few years... Apparently no one cares to fix what is causing the issue. I am curious if it is only happening for pick up orders, i wonder if it breaks when the inventory is not up to date with what shows online.... Come on bb fix this..... Please...... Please tell your employees about the issue and guide them not to blame other companies that have nothing to do with the problem.

• I always get mine sent to my email within 15-20 minutes after I purchase. I believe the longest I waited was an hour for one. I would recommend going over your purchase order make sure all the information you gave was correct & that it’s being sent to the right email. And maybe check your spam folder.

• The codes usually get emailed within 15 minutes of the order confirmation. If the order status shows "Ready to Redeem" then you should have received the email by now.
