• Mine pairs simultaneously to my phone and Xbox, I can listen to music and can take calls while playing..... I can not speak to a PC but dont see a reason it wont if you have them paired

• Yes it can it’s as easy as connecting both and it just works. Not sure how but it does connect to both and audio plays from both devices at the same time
